The King of Bachata, Romeo Santos will be the first Latin artist to headline the 80 thousand capacity venue on September 21st. UTOPIA The Concert will celebrate the #1 Latin album in the country, UTOPIA which includes collaborations from Frank Reyes, Anthony Santos, Monchy & Alexandra, Aventura and more!
